3．Move unnecessary files to the recycle bin.

4．Back up Outlook .pst files during off-peak hours. Do not back up the files daily.

5．Permanently delete files from the recycle bin once they are confirmed as useless.

二、If the cloud space is almost full, perform the following operations:

1．Remove files that are unimportant from the cloud and save them only on local computers.

2．Clear the recycle bin to free up storage space.

3．Only store work-related files in Onebox. Store personal files in other places.
